It’s been a few months since starting at the new gym and I’m only just starting to settle on a weekly routine.
Currently, the routine is looking like this:
Monday lunchtime – back
Tuesday morning – arms
Wednesday lunchtime – chest
Thursday morning – shoulders
Thursday evening – abs class
Friday lunchtime – legs
I used to split arms with biceps and triceps on different days, but my weekends have been quite busy lately so I have combined them. I also came to the realisation that arms aren’t a major area and that I currently combine areas for legs, back, etc. in to one session anyway .
